I started dieting monday this week!

I started dieting monday this week. I think I was around 84 kg / 185.0 lb.
I would like to become leaner and lighter during this next month.
It will be an advantage for me to be lighter on the obstacle course. I've been going very low carb this week. I don't really care if I loose some muscle since I'm not in competition anymore. And I know once I'll stop the cardio and eat more again everything will come back
Right now my main focus is to become the best and most versatile athlete I can be in order to concur the obstacle course!!!
